Your show tickets are confirmed and paid for, and delivery is not necessary. You can visit the venue shortly before the show or during the show and collect your tickets at the gate. Please note that you will be required to show the transaction details/email-confirmation and sign on the acknowledgement slip while collecting the tickets.

How much time before the show do I have to collect my show tickets?

Since the ticket is already paid for, it is available for collection at the gate of the venue shortly before the show.
You can even visit the venue 1 minute prior to the show time or even during the show and collect your ticket.
However, we recommend collecting the ticket 10-15 minutes earlier in case of a last minute queue at the venue.

I have booked a show ticket using netbanking / credit card / debit card / wallets / loyalty points. How will I receive the tickets?

For show bookings, tickets need to be collected at the venue. Tickets once confirmed can be collected shortly prior or at the show time by presenting a copy of the confirmation email or SMS along with the photo id proof in case of non card transactions.

I'm above 18 and do not have any legal id proof? What ID do I present at the counter?

In that case, you could definitely present your current college/school id. Your date of birth and the stamp from the concerned organization is mandate on those details. However, a valid id proof approved by the Government is always safe to be carried.

I did not receive a confirmation SMS/email for a transaction I am charged for. What next?

● This may be due to a temporary network fluctuation. You can check your 'Purchase History' on the website.
● You can use the 'Resend Confirmation' feature at the bottom of the web page to get your confirmation.

When I enter my credit card information, the website asks for a CVV code. What is the CVV code?

For Visa and MasterCard credit cards, the CVV is a 3 digit number embossed or imprinted on the reverse side of the card.
For American Express cards, the CVV is the 4 digit number on the front right-hand side of the card above the card number.
This is an extra security measure to ensure that you have access or physical possession of the credit card itself in order to use the CVV code.

My booking has been rejected, but my credit/debit card has been charged? What do I do?

This is a very rare situation and can occur in case of a network fluctuation at the venue at the time of confirming the transaction. In this case, a reverse request for the charge on your credit card will be sent by us the same day to the bank.
You will receive a refund SMS from our side as soon as the amount is marked as refunded from our side.
Please be assured that if the ticket has not been successfully booked, your card payment will be reversed within 10 working days.

Refund for a failed transaction. When will that happen?

● The amount is refunded from our end within 2 hours and should reflect in your respective wallet or account within 5-7 working days. In case it is a nationalized bank, it may take a max of 10 working days to reflect.

10 days since the failed transaction. What next?

Can we cancel or replace our tickets?

We would have loved to help you out if a cancellation of your tickets was possible as of now. We are working really hard on this but as of now, cannot exchange, refund, cancel or make any manual modifications on a confirmed booking due to a no cancellation policy.

I had booked tickets from your site but I was informed that the show has been cancelled. How will I get my money back?

● In case an event or show is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, once the venue confirms the cancellation with us, the transaction will be refunded and depending on each bank's policy, it can sometimes take up to 5-7 working days or 10 working days incase of a nationalised bank.

Why aren't all the venues in XYZ region available?

The information with us on our website is a real time from the venue’s end. Opening bookings for the show is completely a venue call. As they update the schedule, bookings will be available with us as well. Stay tuned!
